Pat Newell recognized at NADE 2003!
Our friends in the Texas Association for Developmental Education (TADE) hosted the 2003 NADE conference in Austin, Texas. This was one of the most memorable annual conferences and an outstanding cadre of presenters and lecturers provided the highlights of the meeting.
Pat Newell, from Edison Community College and a cherished longtime FDEA leader, was recognized as NADE's Presiden-elect. Even more significant in its recognition of Pat's contributions to developmental education at the college, state, and national levels, Pat was also presented the NADE Outstanding Educator Award for 2003.
